📜 Role & Responsibilities: Financial Risk Management
As a part of KPMG’s Financial Risk Management (FRM) team, you will:
✅ Project Management:
- Manage medium to large-scale projects independently across all project lifecycle stages.
- Utilize Business Analysis (BA) tools like Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, Data Matrices, and Workflow Diagrams.
✅ Test Management:
- Run test management processes for large projects, including developing Test Strategies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Test Plans, and Implementation Plans.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Technology, Risk Management, Risk Middle Office, and Front Office teams to maximize project outcomes and enhance business processes.
- Structure governance models and develop induction frameworks for new resources entering the project.
✅ Project Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports highlighting risks, resource utilization, and trend analysis.
✅ UAT and Implementation:
- Demonstrate expertise in functional testing, especially UAT, and ensure that best practices are followed.
🎓 KPMG India is hiring fresher Business Analyst!! Qualifications Required

📚 Skills & Experience Required
✅ Capital Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital market products and derivatives across asset classes.
✅ Market Risk Management Expertise: Knowledge of VaR, Expected Shortfall (ES), and computation methodologies.
✅ Basel Norms & FRTB: Understanding of Basel norms, particularly FRTB (SA and IMA Methodology) and Basel 2.5 standards.
✅ Process Management Tools: Hands-on experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools like ARIS.
✅ Capital & RWA Computations: Expertise in Capital and RWA computations.
✅ Project Methodologies: Ability to operate in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Dremio, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, and other BI solutions.
✅ Communication & Documentation: Strong organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
✅ Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project constraints and ambiguous situations.
