As an Experience Management Associate, you will play a critical role in managing workforce planning and scheduling operations. Your primary objective will be to align staffing with business demand, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficient project delivery.

Analyze demand forecasts to determine staffing needs.
Develop and maintain staff schedules that balance service delivery with cost efficiency.
Ensure timely updates of employee schedules using the scheduling tool (e.g., Retain).
Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
Track resource availability and assess future project demands.
Work to minimize open and unfulfilled staffing requests.
Manage and respond to inquiries via the team mailbox.
Drive workforce optimization by deploying resources effectively.
Generate and interpret basic workforce reports and analytics.
