As an Experience Management Associate, you will play a critical role in managing workforce planning and scheduling operations. Your primary objective will be to align staffing with business demand, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficient project delivery.

  • Analyze demand forecasts to determine staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain staff schedules that balance service delivery with cost efficiency.

  • Track resource availability and assess future project demands.
  • Work to minimize open and unfulfilled staffing requests.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries via the team mailbox.
  • Drive workforce optimization by deploying resources effectively.
  • Generate and interpret basic workforce reports and analytics.
