As a Business Advisory Associate, you will be part of a team focused on improving quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the banking sector. You’ll help transform traditional banking processes into agile and resilient models.

- Work closely with your immediate team and supervisor

- May be required to work in rotational shifts

- Understanding of Core Banking Operations (e.g., account handling, interest calculations, cash deposits/withdrawals, and product/customer management)
- Familiarity with Lending Operations
- Knowledge of AFS (Automated Financial Systems) is an added advantage
