Swiggy Hiring Role Overview:

This position is part of the Growth Planning & Performance vertical within the Food Revenue & Growth team. The main focus is on strategic planning and implementation aimed at growing the Monthly Transacting User (MTU) base. The role is located in Bangalore and follows a hybrid work model (two office days per week).

Swiggy Hiring Key Responsibilities:

MTU Growth Planning:

Develop monthly MTU forecasts segmented by user cohort and geography in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Analyze MTU performance trends on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Align MTU planning with key input metrics like Traffic and Conversion to ensure accurate forecasting.

MTU Growth Initiatives:

Design and execute data-driven growth initiatives and experiments to drive MTU improvements.
Conduct detailed scoping and estimation for initiatives contributing to monthly and quarterly MTU targets.
Implement monitoring frameworks and dashboards to track MTU performance and proactively identify risks.
Work closely with partner teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies and ensure MTU goals are achieved.

Swiggy Hiring Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Solid understanding of business performance metrics and the relationship between input and output drivers.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools and frameworks.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying, building, and extracting datasets.
Prior experience in growth strategy, business planning, or P&L ownership is an added advantage.
