Responsibility Description Client Interaction Serve as the primary point of contact for pre- and post-sales support to internal and external clients. Request Management Manage client requests related to post-initial install (PII) services, from request to implementation and billing. Issue Resolution Address and resolve cross-functional issues that may impede client or operational performance. Project Management Manage and deliver client projects efficiently by setting clear expectations and executing well-defined plans. Client Relationship Maintain relationships with clients by understanding their evolving service and support requirements. Process Improvement Drive process and policy changes on behalf of clients to enhance service efficiency. Quarterly Business Reviews Coordinate and manage quarterly reviews with select clients. Sales Support Assist the sales organization with presales tasks, including policy orientation and portal education.
