Accenture Hiring Role Overview
As an HR Service Delivery Associate, your key responsibility will be to support the onboarding process for new hires, helping to enhance workforce productivity, agility, and overall business efficiency.
Accenture Hiring Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, such as employee orientation registration, background verification coordination, and creating employee records in SAP.
- Handle documentation to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate with new joiners and provide timely updates and assistance throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant HR systems as needed.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Work under guidance and instructions, primarily focusing on daily assigned tasks.
- Operate independently within a defined scope, reporting to your direct supervisor.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts depending on business needs.
