Position: Associate – Catalog Associate (English)

RBS is currently looking to hire Catalog Associates to help enhance customer satisfaction through precise and efficient content management for product listings.

Amazon Hiring Key Responsibilities:

Accurately gather and input product data to build and update online catalogs.
Research product content from various sources, including manufacturer websites and online databases.
Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain necessary product information.
Identify and resolve catalog errors and respond to related complaints.
Track and maintain records of tasks performed and content updated.
Ensure quality and accuracy in all catalog content activities.

Amazon Hiring Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in written English.
Solid command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
Typing speed of 40 words per minute with full accuracy is preferred.
Subject matter expertise in relevant product categories is an advantage.
