Job Description: Central Operations Support Executive
Overview:
We are seeking a Central Operations Support Executive to assist with the remote management of daily operations for Amazon Fresh and other seller-related CST (Central Support Team) activities. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience by closely monitoring metrics, coordinating field support, initiating audits, managing stakeholders across different teams, and supporting the implementation of new processes.
The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for patterns, detail orientation, and the ability to analyze and interpret data with foresight. The position also involves running central control centers and requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Amazon hiring Key Responsibilities:
- Generate scheduled reports by extracting and analyzing data in line with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the operational efficiency of assigned locations remotely via calls, emails, and coordination with field teams.
- Initiate audits and field tasks to assess and improve site performance.
- Develop and implement SOPs, analyze operational data, and suggest enhancements to current processes.
- Be available to work on weekends and adapt to rotating shifts.
Amazon hiring Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics)
Amazon hiring Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
