Cognizant Hiring Qualifications

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Technical aptitude for analyzing structured datasets
- Familiarity with QA or validation processes for data-driven outputs
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
