Droisys Hiring Data Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across CRM and lead management systems.
  • Validate and maintain leads, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
  • Manage and update records using tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Execute bulk uploads with high attention to detail.
  • Adhere strictly to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) for collaboration and reporting.
  • Maintain workflow accuracy while managing repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet project timelines with minimal supervision.

Droisys Hiring Data Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data entry, lead validation, or CRM operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Surfe, etc.
  • Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and comprehension skills in English.
