Forrester Research hiring Role Overview: Client Operations Specialist

As a Client Operations Specialist at Forrester, you will play a vital role within our Customer Success Services team. Your responsibilities will ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction across our high-value accounts. You will act as a support engine for client engagement activities and help optimize client servicing.

Forrester Research hiring Key Responsibilities

Provide timely support for internal client operations and alert the Customer Success team about any urgent client matters.
Accurately track incoming client service requests and ensure prompt assignment per service level agreements.
Coordinate and ensure successful execution of analyst-client interaction sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including researchers and coordinators, to deliver seamless client communication.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions using Forrester’s CRM system (Salesforce).
Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by clients or internal stakeholders.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives supporting customer success and operations.

Forrester Research hiring Eligibility Criteria

A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with a strong academic background.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and emails.
Prior exposure to Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Resourceful, proactive, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Must be willing to work the night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST).

Additional Information

Location Requirement: This is a remote opportunity, but applicants must reside in Delhi NCR.
Onboarding: The first 5 weeks of onboarding will be conducted on-site in Delhi.
Work Hours: Night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST), Monday to Friday.
