Genpact Hiring Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a Management Trainee / Senior Associate / Assistant Manager for our Capital Market – Retirement Services vertical. This role involves hands-on operational management in the retirement domain within the broader capital market sector.
Ideal candidates will have strong domain knowledge of retirement products, plan administration, and middle/back-office operations, with a focus on service delivery excellence and process improvement.
Genpact Hiring Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end processes related to retirement plans, including account origination, servicing, fund payout, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with retirement regulations and industry standards.
- Lead multiple blended operations and maintain agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Establish and maintain a robust operational governance framework.
- Conduct daily/weekly reviews with onshore stakeholders for status updates and issue resolution.
- Drive team coaching, mentoring, and development, focusing on performance enhancement and career progression.
- Lead performance appraisals, individual reviews, and recognition programs.
- Monitor team productivity and align outputs with business goals.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to track metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build strategic partnerships with internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Genpact Hiring Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of retirement plans, fund operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in middle-office or back-office operations is essential.
Genpact Hiring Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing teams of 10+ people.
- Ability to influence, strategize, and lead transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated skills in employee engagement, leading to lower attrition and higher satisfaction.
- Skilled in guiding team members through effective career planning and development paths.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
