About the Role:
Paytm is on the lookout for self-motivated, dynamic individuals to join their Human Resources (HR) team as interns. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with limited or no prior work experience to step into the world of HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and other HR activities.
Paytm Hiring Role Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern at Paytm, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including:
- Job Postings: Creating and posting job advertisements on various job portals to attract potential candidates.
- Preliminary Screening: Conducting initial screening of candidate profiles and shortlisting resumes.
- Recruitment Coordination: Assisting in the coordination and smooth execution of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to assisting hiring managers.
- MIS Management: Maintaining and updating Management Information Systems (MIS) for recruitment-related data.
- Miscellaneous HR Activities: Supporting other HR-related tasks as required, including employee onboarding and documentation.
Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:
- Self-motivated & Independent: A go-getter with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to negotiate effectively.
- Learning Attitude: A willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum requirement of a Graduation degree; pursuing an MBA in HR is preferred.
