About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in the fast-paced world of tech startups. As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients get the most out of our platform and experience top-notch service.
Supy Hiring Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Success team in guiding new clients through the onboarding process and platform setup.
- Provide day-to-day support, helping clients resolve issues and ensuring smooth usage of Supy’s features.
- Collect client feedback to help refine platform features and improve overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to address customer concerns and technical issues.
- Manage client accounts by tracking usage and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare and analyze client reports, identifying key trends and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders within their organizations.
Supy Hiring Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
