Tesla Hiring for Advisors Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with walk-in customers warmly and professionally to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding guest needs, offering product knowledge, and ensuring an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Support the sales process by identifying buyer intent, building robust customer profiles, and providing accurate, relevant information tailored to each guest.
  • Promote Tesla’s lineup of vehicles and services, including features, benefits, and local EV incentives.
  • Organize and schedule test drives for customers showing genuine interest in purchasing a Tesla vehicle.
  • Maintain CRM systems with timely and precise updates related to customer interactions, test drives, and sales pipelines.
  • Implement operational procedures in line with Tesla’s standards to meet both customer expectations and business goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest EV industry trends, Tesla product developments, and regional market insights.
