About the Role:

As an Order Management Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of Udemy’s B2B business. Working within the Revenue Operations team, you’ll help build and refine the systems, processes, and infrastructure that scale our organization to new heights. This full-time position reports to the Senior Manager of Deal Desk Administration and offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across functions such as sales, legal, customer success, and finance, ensuring that our quote-to-order processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Udemy Hiring What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Order Processing: Receive, review, and process basic and complex orders, including Debook/Rebook, Clawback, and Amend & Extend orders.
  • Compliance: Ensure orders adhere to company policies and revenue recognition guidelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Address order discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Triage: Monitor Deal Desk and Order Management queues, routing work to the appropriate teams or individuals as per established routing rules.
  • Low-Touch Requests: Process requests related to signatures, document changes, customer data updates, and system errors.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to special projects by executing test scripts and offering feedback. Collaborate with team leaders in sales, customer success, legal, and finance to define deal criteria and approval processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 3-6 months in Enterprise SaaS/B2B, preferably with exposure to Deal Desk, Order Management, or Finance Operations.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of Salesforce and familiarity with Netsuite. Proficiency in gSuite or Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with basic Revenue Recognition rules.
  • Preferred: Salesforce.com CPQ experience.
  • Personal Traits: A high attention to detail is essential for preventing errors in order processing, invoicing, and delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must for collaborating with various teams. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure is key, particularly during high-volume periods.

We understand that not everyone will meet every requirement perfectly. If you’re excited about the role and feel your unique experiences can bring value, we encourage you to apply!
