We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to drive sales and distribution in the assigned territory of Jabalpur. The role involves managing retail partners, optimizing distribution, and enhancing customer relationships while meeting sales targets.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through personal visits and salesforce management.
- Manage channel sales activities across general trade.

- Education: Full-time Graduation (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in Channel Sales / General Trade.
- Strong experience in ROI calculation, distributor handling, and territory management.
- Proficient in retail sales execution, RS appointment, and sales forecasting.
- Ability to conduct promotional events and drive field activation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Hindi preferred).
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools and route-to-market strategies.
